High level of PH and triple phosphate in
My son's urine PH is always high ranging between 8.5 to 9 tested on lal path labs on three occasions in last 6 months. Triple phosphate is also found. Rest other parameters are OK. As per pediatrician, there is nothing to worry. Should I be worried as go to urologist.

Yes as this Ph can lead to stones. See a urologist asap
