Alkaline phosphate is high
Hello all, my father who is aged 62 years got the entire body check up done yesterday ! However in the reports I could see there is high alkaline phosphate Of 295U/L and globulin is low of 2.0 g/dL There are traces of urine albumin and also the platelet count is very low of 1.88 lakhs/c.mm And the microscopic examination identified of PUS CELLS are high 4-6 cells/hpf Please let me know , if this is minor There is no swelling of legs or hands, or any other issues identified Only concern my father has is, he is unable to control potty and has some burning sensation while passing urine in the mornings Please advice! I am ready to take an appointment today with the nearest doctor available in banerghatta main road

Plz share complete Liver function report.. Ultrasound report? If not done get ultrasound whole abdomen and pelvis with PVRV  and  PSA done. Platelet counts are o.k..... Get urine culture test done to rule out infection...
