My father got paralytic attack on July 19th 2017 & We did KFT serum test & creatinine was 1.7 %. We arranged the test again yesterday ( August 8th 2017) now creatinine level is 5.39%.Urine is passed easily & There is no swelling in body

Get him clinically examined by a nephrologist to detect the cause of azotemia(raised serum creatinine).
Hypertension,(hypotension also), chronic infection,diabetes,few drugs , obstruction can lead to azotemia.
