High IgE level
I'm 24 Yrs old male. For the past 6-7 months I've been suffering from wheezing..I was taking Levocet M prescribed by my doctor for 2 months. Now after taking the total IgE test, my ige levels were 486 UI/mL. Is there a possibility to reduce my IgE level.

Once you take proper medications and when your symptoms are under control, your IgE levels should reduce on its own.
Next Steps
Consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation.
