High herat rate noted sleeping

Frequently I'm having high heart rate . Suddenly feel palpitations and it goes down in few minutes. Yesterday night while sleeping around 2 am my watched captured 120bpm for a minute . Sometimes when I'm idle it goes to 50 . And from morning I'm having high heart rate even while sitting. I didn't get proper sleep yesterday. I have taken ecg, echo and holter. Everything is normal. Except pvcs . Not sure what is the issue with me .Attached reports.

Basic rhythm reported on Holter is sinus, which is normal. Fast heart rate may be due to anxiety and lack of sleep. Medical consultation advisable. Best wishes.
