High heartrate
Hello, I'm 24 (female), my heartrate during workout goes around 120-160 today, the highest was 197 (which went for a second). I want to know is this normal? If not, what can be done? P.S. I'm physically not very active and had stopped workout due to anxiety but now I want to get back on track and have started working out at home for 30-45 minutes.
