I had HR of 154 BPM for few seconds while riding motorcycle but it returned to 103 BPM after that. Mostly HR while riding is between 100-120 BPM. My cardiac evaluation(ECG, 2D Echo & TMT) is normal. I had done holter a month back which said minor irregular heart rhythms but no significant arrhythmia. Is it fine to have such a spike in HR while driving?

All heart tests are normal. How did you check heart rate on bike? Did you have any symptoms or is it just your smartwatch showing high heart rate? If it is so then its not reliable

All your cardiac evaluation was normal. Keep a note of your heart rate at rest. If it's persistently more than 100 , you can take medicines to control it.
High heart rate (154 ) could be measurement error.
