High heart rate
For the past few times I noticed that my heart rate is always near 105. ECG was also normal. Then what can be the causes of that. Plus sometimes feel numbness in chest.

Hello....anxity could increase your heart rate .. Anxiety trigger release of epinephrine and norepinephrine ... Thread mill test is helpful ,get one echo cardiography to know efficiency of heart ... Lack of sleep , hypoglycemia, anxiety, apprehension could cause palpitation... Consult cardiologist....
