Age- 41, Wt-70kg, M Experiencing high heart beats after meals, palpitations, high bp 140/95, muscle tingling in back & face, joint pain on moderate stress, neck pain (early spondylitis). History:- 2011-Vitaminosis B12/D, Neuropathic pain 2012-fibromyalgia BP March16-120/80 March 17:-120/95 Jun17-140/95 2008-Mild mitral volve prolapse
