High gastric problem.
I am 27 male. am suffering with heavy gas problem from last 1 and half year. Taking very good care about food timings from last 1 year. Still gas was generating heavily.
2 and half years back got urinary track infection (bad urine smell - got tested upon doctor suggestion) and used antibiotics.
Recently finding some small white pores over penis head once or twice in a week or so.
Had once sexual contact once before 4 and half years. Got HIV tested (self interest) got result -ve. please suggest.

Get clinical physical examination done by a urologist/skin&VD specialist to delineate the cause.few basic tests like CBC,urine examination routine and microscopic and random blood sugar should also be done.
