High fever with cough and cold
Hi Sir/Ma'am,
My uncle who is over 80 years of age is suffering from very high fever(103) with cough and sneezing. Can anyone please advise me what good medicines he should take for fever and also for cough and sneezing.

Paracetamol 650 thrice daily for fever. Alex cough syrup 5 ml two to three times daily should help. Check his oxygen saturation. If below 93percent he will need oxygen support.
