High fever with cold.
I am suffering from 103 degrees fever and severe pain in the back side of the hands and body muscles from 3 days..i also have cold and cough.no vomitingsand motions.blood reports are normal.I have been using Dolo 650,monocef 200mg,Rantac 150 mg and ascoril syrup.I am taking Dolo for every 4hrs..I have no problem with urine and motion.fever got down Yesterday evening and raised in the morning.what could be the reason?please help me out to get out of the fever as early as possible.

Hello. Persistant and recurrent fever may have many reasons. Do the following blood tests - Complete hemogram, Dengue NS1 antigen, Malarial parasite & Dual antigen, CRP. And a chest X-ray PA view. Follow up with a local physician. Hope this helps.
