High fever with 2 times vometing
My 2.5 y old son is suffering with fever since yesterday. Yesterday it was 101c . But after medication fever came down and again by night it was 101c. Do he requires any test. In attachment r d medicine given to him. Or any other medicines he needs. Please suggest. Thanks

Only paracetamol for fever and ondansetron for vomiting that will b sufficient, doesn't look like bacterial infection right now,so don't gv antibiotic(amoxyclav) At present gv plenty fluids and paracetamol every 6 to 8 hourly should be better in 3days
Next Steps
if fever frequency increases or child is not looking good needs to get lab test CBC,CRP ,urine routine
