High fever upto 103° since 2 days
He has been experiencing high fever since 2days with bodypain and headache. It decreases dyring the afternoon but shoots upto 103° by dawn. Diagnostic tests for malaria jaundice and dengue came in negative. The fever doesn't seem to go away. What could it be? And what steps must be taken. Please suggest any tests required too.

Hello where are you nowadays viral fever has become a way to common so it's quite possible that he is suffering from one of them it would have been really better if you could share the complete blood count of him so that we could exactly tell you what next to be done.
I would suggest you to take a Paracetamol for fever and I continue to have Good quantity of water and rest
