  4. High fever. Or wait till morning?

High fever
My son age 2yrs 11months, has fever on and off since Friday morning. But he now has continuous high grade fever since last 4 hours. Have administered 3.5-4 ml crocin and also applying a cool damp washcloth to the forehead but fever still persists. Should we visit a doctor right now in emergency or wait till morning?
