My brother is suffering with high fever for last two days.. In day time, he is normal...but in night his fever goes high.. What to do ???

Give him homeopathic medicine .. Eupatorium 200 = 4pills ,4 times a day. For 3 days. Tell him to avoid outside food eat homecooked food. Avoid junk food. Drink plenty of water
