High fever
My 16 months baby has got cols a week ago n still its there. She had almost recovered 2 days back was active and playing.suddenly at night sje got fever and her left eye git swelling. Its bn 2 days now fever is 101.8 with crocin it subsidies but afterwards its again increases. Is this something seroius. She is juz sleeping all day and eTing very less

Baby is getting conjuctivitis or measles. Put eye drops ciplox eye drops and orally give Mox Soluble Tablets 125mg four times a day. for 5 days Hygiene is to be remembered, Wash your hands every time you touch your child. drops in eye , give first in normal eye. you have to put eye drops in both eyes. If any time you feel the baby is not doing well Donot hesitate to take child physically checked by Pediatrician. you can take appointment and do needful. My clinic is at present closed. You are always welcome to consult on line or video conference.

As she is not active and has high fever, please visit a hospital soon and consult a pediatrician. She requires tests and detailed check up now itself
