  3. High fever. Am i having typhoid again?

I have been having high fever since the last 4 days I was diagnosed with typhoid 3months ago. I again did widal test again today but the readings are as follows- 'O'=1:40 H''=1:40 'AH'=1:20 'BH'=1:20 Am I having typhoid again
