Hi.. will need detailed history like from when are u having fever and if u have a temperature record. Also any associated symptoms like chills.. would advise that u consult a physician online so that the required medications for cough and fever prescribed after knowing the nature of cough..and also if fever is perisistently high then blood tests will have to be done.
