My both daughters suffering from high fever,cold and cough.cough also too much.my daughters age are 5 years and 3years.they have fever 102 please can you suggest the medicine.

hello kindly tk dem both to paediatrician... for time being you can give syp ibusgesic 5 ml and give them tepid sponging
