High fever and shivering
Doctor I have high fever around 102. 5 , little throat irritation . I have been taking meftal and mucolite. As dolo was not helping. Pl suggest if there is need to worry . Also suggest medicines . I have developed constipation and low appetite.

I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as CBC, urine routine, Dengue IgM, peripheral smear etc. to find the underlying cause of the cause of the fever and have it treated accordingly.
