High fever and headache
My wife is having high fever since noon 21 st of this month. Severe headache is also there whenever fever crosses 102 and go beyond 103. I am giving her paracetamol but within 3 to 4 hours fever come back.

hey, high fever suggestive of bacterial infection , paracetamol of no help she may need antibiotics ,go to hospital immediately
