High fever and head ache
My wife has very high fever and head ache past three days. She is on dolo650 every4 hour interval. Pls advise

Dear Friend,
If your wife has fever for last four days, it is very important to rule out malaria and dengue. I suggest you get her blood checked for these two.
In the mean while continue to give the medicines that she is on, also make sure she drinks at least three liters of water every day.
