hello...
may be viral fever as it is common now a days...monitor his temperature.. can start him on paracetamol every 8 th hrly...and tepid sponging if temp above 101...
if he complaints of lethargy or loss of appetite consult a physician... or else you can wait for 3-4 days..continue paracetamol and get cbc done and consult a physician
