High fever 103
We went to out station trip to Bangalore for 3 days last week. On return journey from Bangalore to our home town he got fever along with cough and cold after a day fever gone. After 4 days cough gone with little cold. After 1 week now high fever measuring 103 coming with no additional symptoms. Only watery eyes sometimes. Using Paracetamol for 2 days. But only working for 6 hrs later the temperature increasing.
Pls suggest which medical tests to be undertaken and next action.
