RBC 5-7, pus 2-3, fever 103
My 3 year old kid has fever 103. Urine examination shows RBC 5-7, Pus 2-3. I have him taxim and pacimol now. His fever is not receding. Any suggestions please

Do tepid sponging, give paracetamol and take him to the pediatrician
