My baby will turn 5 months old on 26th. He has fever since 2/3 days. I am giving Crocin drops 0.5 ml. He has a lot of cold and cough. Should I start antibiotics or should I still wait for 2 more days.

Wait, Antibiotic not required,, add Tminic drop 0.6ml 8hourly x 2 days
