My A1C levels and Mean plasma glucose levels are normal (5.2 and 102.5) but my fasting glucose levels are high (107). I'm really worried. Is this serious and is there a way to rectify this by making lifestyle changes like lifting weights and cutting out sugar, rice and junk food)? Please help

It s impaired fasting.. do physical activity aerobic exercises atleast 30min a day.. diet and lifestyle modification will reverse it
Repeat FBS PPBS after 1month and see
