Elevated ESR = acute inflammation or infection (mostly) Pain in leg : is there any redness, swelling of knee joint or ankle? Or any swelling of muscle? Need a more elaborate history, medications or co morbidities. Is there any other test done apart from ESR? Kindly get back for further consultation.
