High esr 101
Respected Sir/madam,i am an ankylosing spondylitis patient which was detected 6 month before and from then i am taking medicine,at present my esr is 101,to much pain in shoulder,back and knee.I can't rise my hand and facing problem while sitting and standing.I am very depressed.what should i do?

High ESR is explained as u r having autoimmune disease. For guiding u in management need to know ur treatment history.

Ankylosing spondylitis is a inflammatory disease so ur Esr is high... But with the current recurring pain and high ESR ...U might be having a flare up of disease...please have a consultation ...u may also need a hike up of medication for treatment.. Please practise yoga and meditation simultaneously
