High Dir Bilirubin level
Hi! My Tot Bilirubin is 1.3(0.5-1.0), Direct is 0.89(0.1-0.3), Indirect is 0.41(upto 0.8). Do I need further investigation for increased Direct & Total Bilirubin? Kindly advice. My father passed away with Liver Cirrhosis & HCC. I had jaundice during childhood & am having grade 2 fatty liver. FYI!

Dear Sir, Taking into account your family history of Liver Cirrhosis & HCC, I would suggest that you have a screening at a liver clinic at the earliest.
