Hello.. Well more than the prevention now we need to know why your bilirubin levels are higher than the normal range...it can be pre hepatic cause,hepatic or post hepatic cause...it's better you see a physician once and get yourself evaluated for it....avoid eating oily and fatty and spicy meals...thank you
