Bilirubin High
Hi, My company had arranged for a camp where 65 blood tests were done at a subsidised rate. After receiving the report I found that my total bilirubin is 2.45 , direct bilirubin is 0.54 and indirect is 1.91. However I dont feel any uneasiness. Having said that in the last month I was having fever for 21 days and done a lot of tests. But the reason could not be found. Please help

Hello. High bilirubin may have a lot of reasons. Commonest cause is any liver pathology, may also be due to GB stone or pancreatic stone. Do a ultrasound of whole abdomen (if not done already) and follow up with me.

Hi, do you drink. The causes can be many. Need to be examined before the exact cause can be identified
