  4. High Creatnine. Creatnine go more lower?

My father has once creatnine 9.8 , 3 months back . Now his creatnine is 6.9 (past was 9.8. , 8.4, 8 , 7.4) with strict diet as well as meds. Doctor diagnosed him with ckd with some form of acute. I just want to know what will be the prognosis, can creatnine go more lower ?
