High creatinin levels
I am insulin dependent for 15 years and have creatinin level 7.5. Is there a way if i can avoid dialysis?

There is another option called peritoneal dialysis instead of hemodialysis. PD can be carried out at home but you need to consult nephrologist for further advice

Insulin Dependent Diabets patient landing into renal failure is not uncommon , if Diabetes is not adequately controlled. If the creatinine levels are chronically elevated , it signifies chronic kidney disease , and at a level and 7.5 Dialysis becomes the only choice of effective treatment.
