High cholestrol, chest pain
Hi..my mother in law suffered from high cholestrol..doctor did two times angiogram.. she has thyroid,diabetes,HIgh bp also.. last 7 years she took medicine.. all normal only with help of medicines.. last week her cholestrol level raise triglyceride level is 470..also feel chest pain.. doctor took test..gave extra two tablets for 15 days. 1)KORANDIL 10 2)METAGARD 35 she took tablets but feel severe headache.. so stop the tablets..can we change tablet instead of that with doctor help?

Before changing anything , we will need to check your angiography report , your ECG , and echocardiography reports.. With out that. Changing or stoping medications can be dangerous Also will need the complete list of medications korandil can cause headache but it dialates the small blood vessels in the heart and if you have a significant blockage then you need it or some similar kind of meds..so need all the above mentioned information before any advice
