Your heart rate is well within normal limits. You should continue Telma H for hypertension. Your LDL is within normal limits. You can stop rizastin and be on low cholesterol diet. Lipid profile can be repeated after 3 months.
Next Steps
Continue Telma H

Your cholesterol levels are fine on medication. You can decrease rizastin dose and Repeat lipid profile after 3mnths and then take call whether to stop or not. Your bp is well controlled, continue same medication. Resting hr 55-60 is normally seen in many people especially hard working ones, need not worry if you don't have any symptoms..
