High cholesterol
My triglyceride is 170mg/dl,Total cholesterol =206mg/dl,hdl=20.9mg/dl,vdl=34mg/dl,ldl=151.1mg/dl how can I decrease it and please tell me risk.

1) Your current ASCVD risk is close ~ 7%. Predicted values for your age is roughly 1.6, so roughly 3-4times. I assume that you are a non smoker, non Diabetic, non hypertensive 2) As per the scoring system you need to go on moderate intensity statins 3) Reduce carb and fat intake, walk ~ 5 Om’s per day 4) Recheck lipid profile after 3 months
