High cholesterol is a risk factor for future heart disease. Your cholesterol is not very deranged. No need of any medicine. Can be managed with lifestyle modifications. Exercise regularly, keep weight in control, avoid junk food, alcohol and smoking. Have high fiber diet

Follow diet and exercise for controlling cholesterol. If uncontrolled in the long run it's a risk factor for heart attack.
