How to lower cholesterol without medication. I have very high risk cholesterol level in my blood test and I want to correct it.

Low fat diet and exercise for 3 months . Repeat lipid profile after three months . If it’s still high u need to start medication. As high fat levels affect arteries of heart and can lead to coronary artery disease
