Hi , I have provided screenshot of my husbands latest lipid profile. (Report attached) Doctor has prescribed a diet and mentioned moderate alcohol consumption. Can someone please guide what qualifies as moderate alcohol consumption for hard drinks given that he drinks for 2 days in a week.
