High cholesterol and low vitamin d
Hello i am a civil services aspirant and i have been feeling very dizzy, confused and jiint pain since 2 months so i had got my blood test done in which my vitamin d level was 10.5, b12 was 320 and cholestrol 224, HDL 33, LDL 159,Triglycerides 160, vldl 32 also high ast (sgot) 48, alt (sgpt) 114. Is there any relationship between vitamin d and cholesterol? What should i do to make everything normal again? What kind of food to have and avoid and exercises which could help. Kindly help me because i am just 26 and i am bit worried about my health.
