Triglycerides is 58. Small dense LDL is 45. I have no symptoms of cardiac problems. Daily I am going for a speedy walk of one hour. I used to have the paleo diet. It consists of low carb and high fat & protein diet. I avoid rice, wheat and any other carb foods. Instead of it, I took vegetables, mutton, chicken, fish, eggs with butter & ghee daily
