I am 32 year male doing regular heavy work out for 45-60 min. i consume daily 4whole eggs and 4egg whites(8 eggs), grilled chicken 300 gms daily and lot of salad and vegetables and no
sugar or junk foods.i drink twice a week moderately .i went through routine body tests .following are different parameters - serum cholesterol-241 , serum
triglycerides- 187 ,vldl- 37.4 , blood urea -40.5 ,
uric acid 6.6 ,total protein -7.5,ALT-40.8 .Is high levels is due to egg yolk?plz suggest changes in lifestyle
