High BP with first readin
Hi I am 28 years male. My first blood pressure reading is always high. Last 2 days I went to hospital to check my BP. The 2 days first readings are high. 1st day 1st reading is 148/98 . 1st day second reading is 129/91. 2nd day 1st reading is 158/103. Second day second reading is 138/92. Doctor wants me to put on BP medications. But I am scared to take because of young age and side effects. Please advice me which BP reading I should consider and whether I should take the medications or not.

Get ECG ECHO and kidney parameters done. Keep bp record. This will tell u the real hypertension is there or not. Age is not a bar now. If u r having bp and u r not on medicine then u will have complications. Do be watchful.
