High bp symptoms
Helo. Today, the whole day I was feeling tired, fatigue, and uneasy.. as if my BP was very high. I had come for a trip so I could not get the time to check my BP. Now I have returned home and I checked the monitor.. the values are not that high. But still I am feeling very uneasy and headache. please note that yesterday night I was on the train so I could not sleep at all. First reading- 133/80-- 97 HR 2nd reading- 131/79

Pls check Bp two times a day. Rest for 30 minutes in morning and evening and then check bp. Don't take coffee or tea. 30 minutes prior.
