High BP problem
My age is 39 years, I have to know whether I am a patient of High B P, or not? Which test should I have? Please suggest me.

Need to check your BP at 2- 3 different times by a physician, if 2 or more than 2 reading are above 140/90 then you have high BP and medications has to be started, do 2D echo also
