Regular BP monitoring is advised. If on multiple occasions your BP is remaining in this range then an additional dose of antihypertensive should be added. Kindly rule out other causes of BP fluctuations like anxiety stress exertion lack of sleep, irregular medication, thyroid disorders. Also get a routine evaluation from a physician, ultrasound, urine analysis.
Advice:-
1. Regular BP monitoring at fixed time intervals like morning 9 to 10 AM and evening 7 to 8 PM.
2. Avoid exertion, take adequate sleep, keep yourself hydrated, avoid added salt.
3. Daily meditation and yoga can also help in reducing blood pressures along with medication.
