Sometimes while sitting I can feel my pulse in my neck and become acutely aware that my heart rate has raised. I can't discern any trigger, and it eventually goes away after some deep breathing and water. Is this a sign of a future problem?
I am also around 2 months into the low-carb keto diet and my diet has changed to revolve more around meat, I think this may be a factor.
