High BP, chest and head pain
Having high BP,chest pain,headache and pain goes in arms and in upper back too, my lipid profile is not normal esp cholesterol and triglycerides are high

although young females invariably do not suffer from cardiac diseases especially anginal pain or heart attack, there can be rare exceptions.
first of all if you have multiple risk factors like
1. blood pressure( whats yours??)
2. diabetes
3. family history of cardiac disease
4. smoking
5. cholesterol, LDL, HDL( whats your exact values??)
6. obesity
if you have two or more such risk factors get a stress test done( treadmill test).
